I liked that my room was spacious and had a locker, and the staff were very kind and helpful. I had lost my adapter and was in a difficult situation because I couldn’t charge my phone, but they kindly lent me one. I was very grateful for their help, and thanks to them, I was able to continue my trip without any trouble.
When I got there, they asked me to pay an additional fee. I think it was either a tax or a deposit. I was a little surprised because I wasn’t expecting it.

The staff was really great and friendly. Especially Gaston
I wish the beds had curtains for privacy. And that the windows could be open at night. As someone who doesn’t like air conditioning, it was quite cold.
