The staff here were amazing, the friendliest, in fact most helpful and caring we have ever encountered, from the moment we arrived to the moment we left.
The hotel was quiet, very clean, stylish with plenty of space, fast WiFi and amazing value for money. Shops and restaurants are all walkable and there are great links to the city via Metro 1 and 9. The breakfast was nice with a slightly limited selection of food, but provided everything you need at great quality.
We will most definitely be returning to this hotel. We stayed during exceptional times with Paris protest and the staff looked after us with such kindness.

Possibly the best hotel we’ve stayed at in Paris! Our room was immaculate, fresh and very well maintained, and the cleanliness throughout the property was excellent.
The air conditioning was a lifesaver during some extremely hot summer days. We also loved the dedicated water refill station in the lobby—unlimited drinking water was such a thoughtful and practical touch.
Luggage storage after checkout allowed us to enjoy our final hours in Paris. Even the shared lobby restrooms were spotless when we returned to collect our bags.
The hotel is in a lovely area, around a six-minute walk from the nearest metro station, making exploring Paris easy. We would happily stay here again!
The room was compact, as is common in Paris, but this didn’t detract from an otherwise excellent stay. Nothing significant to fault.

Breakfast is Excellent! Service Staff are totally rewardable! Location is so accessible to .. everything!
Hmm 🤔 …. I cannot think of anything . The Staff insitu are on a 24/7 basis; and, PiaPia offer complete hospitality. The Hospitality includes open access to Coffee and a replenishing amount of Water. Also, PiaPia appears to employ wonderful Staff; who allow guests to feel SO welcome across so many areas of hospitality!
