The hotel was located slightly on the mountain so there was a beautiful view. The loft room was comfortable 1 I have to commend the beds. Hot water to bathe was good. Breakfast was freshly prepared even though I had to wait a while for it to be ready after ordering. The staff was friendly and I felt safe there - they locked the main door and we were given a key fob to unlock it.
There was a heater in the room but as it was on the ground floor it was not as warm as I would have liked, but the bed was so warm and comfortable I didn’t mind. Note that the hotel is located about 5-10 mins walk up the mountain from Plaza De Armas.

The hotel is in a great location and only a few minutes walk from the main plaza. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful and made us feel very welcome. The rooms were lovely with extremely comfortable beds and we enjoyed the views from the breakfast room each day. It was a perfect place for us to stay and I’d highly recommend it to anyone wanting to spend a few days in Cusco.
