I had a pleasant stay at the resort, with some excellent staff members who made the experience more enjoyable.
The reception team was outstanding, welcoming, professional, and always ready to help.
Special thanks to Mahmoud Ezzat for his kindness, excellent attitude, and helpfulness.
Many thanks to Mahmoud Arafat for his professionalism, friendly approach, and great customer service.
I would also like to thank Mahmoud Gamaa from Housekeeping for his hard work, attention to detail, and commitment to keeping everything clean and comfortable.
The resort itself is beautiful and has a lovely atmosphere, making it a pleasant place to relax.
However, there are some areas that need significant improvement. The animation team was almost nonexistent, with very limited entertainment and activities for guests. This was a major disappointment.
Additionally, the entertainment and marketing activities seemed to focus mainly on promoting parties at the marina, rather than providing enjoyable activities and entertainment within the resort for all guests.
Overall, the resort has great potential, and the staff members mentioned above deserve special recognition. However, improving the animation program and offering more entertainment inside the resort would make the guest experience much better.

My room was comfortable and gave me a nice place to relax after spending the day enjoying the resort.
My room was regularly cleaned, towels were changed, and the staff were friendly and helpful whenever I needed anything.
What I loved most about the resort was its beautiful location directly on the Red Sea. The resort is surrounded by water, which gives it a very special atmosphere.
The private beach was one of my favorite parts of my stay. I enjoyed spending time by the sea, relaxing on the beach and swimming in the beautiful Red Sea.
The lagoon was another highlight for me. It gives the resort a unique character and creates a beautiful place to relax, swim and enjoy the water.
I also enjoyed the snorkeling opportunities and seeing the beautiful marine life.
