The staff were very friendly and accommodating. We had a lovely room with hot tub, lovely view of the lake at a good price . The food was to a great standard and cocktails were delicious.
Few cobwebs in the room with spiders . That’s all.

Our room was lovely and the staff were very helpful. Food served in the bar/lounge was a good standard gastropub style.
There was construction work going on, so our immediate view from the balcony in our suite was a building site, and work was started quite early on Monday morning. I understand this may be necessary but I don't think the prices have changed to reflect the disturbance. The cooked breakfast was just about adequate from a buffet selection but the coffee was completely undrinkable. I would expect more choices from a proper breakfast menu for the price we paid.
