Thank you we loved our family room on the 20th floor. View of Lotte World Tower wonderfully lit up every night. Rooms quiet, Beds very comfortable - beyond expectation. Pillows soooo comfortable. Housekeeping kept the room clean with daily housekeeping, clean towels. Will definitely stay again.
There was nothing we didn't like. Perfect location, friendly staff, very comfortable room. Family room perfect for 2 adults and 2 children.
