Nice restaurant on site with very good breakfast buffet. Dinner buffet was good too, but typically overpriced because everything is expensive on the island. Lots of tea to enjoy.
Felt like they were trying for a fancier environment than they succeeded at. The bedrooms were very small and sound carried through the walls. The “spa” was one tiny hot tub and couldn’t find the gym. The shower never got hot enough. Didn’t enjoy our stay here as much as at smaller, more remote cottage settings in Iceland.

Location is great to explore the area.
Room didn't have a fridge. Being able to open the window was great as the room was quite warm.

Good view. Quite close to Vik. Happy Hour.
The rooms of the hotel were in buildings away from restaurant/bar/reception. The jacuzzi and sauna were under whelming. Heavy rain was loud on roof of room.

"Great room, breakfast, did not try the hot tub. We had easy access to our tours and planned activities while there. The hotel restaurant had wonderful food for dinner and the included breakfast."
