The hotel was very clean and the staff were friendly.
The staff in general were very polite and helpful when we required taxis etc.
The pool bar staff, although friendly enough always seemed pre-occupied.
On one occasion we had to order our food three times as it kept being missed to be put through the till and then had to chase multiple times after it actually went through!
