Good location close to public transport. Large rooms. Helpful staff.
Breakfast was quite basic. No lift so not suitable for all guests. No secure left luggage option.

Friendly helpful staff, clean rooms, and a good size. Breakfast was simple but very good. Location was fantastic
3 flights of stairs to climb up our room - but I was aware of this at time of booking and the staff were very eager to help with our bags.

Breakfast was good. Location close to train station was the reason we picked this hotel. Desk staff was very helpful.
The room was adequate. Decent bed and bathroom (open to room shower not for everyone). The A/C unit did not work. Lack of outlets to charge phones, tablets etc. and everyone travels with devices now. The public areas … foyer and halls are very tired looking.
