Ultimo Mulino Country Hotel

Property is beautiful. The hotel was previously an old mill that they remodeled. Very old and quaint. He landscape was gorgeous and really felt like a Tucson villa. Breakfast was great and we had dinner at their restaurant 2 nights. The food was wonderful and we loved our waitress Zarulla. She gave great recommendations and was so friendly. Some of the best food we had in Tuscany

Wish it had some overlooks of the vineyards, but very peaceful setting

The location and surrounds are perfect, ample parking and very well maintained. The staff were very friendly, helpful and couldn't do enough for you. We stayed in the villa section across the road which was also excellent. The breakfast and evening meal was also excellent.

The property was new, very clean and the rooms were large. The main building is full of character as it was an old mill and still has a lot of the original pieces in tact.

There are 3 buildings that are each a fair distance from each other and on dirt roads. Very remote. The spa is also a drive away in the nearest town. You need a car to get restaurants etc., although there is a restaurant in the main building of the property. A great location if you want to get away from everything and just sit by the pool and read. I must say, for a wellness resort, the staff seemed stressed. They answered questions when asked but seemed as though they had no time for small talk; very curt and not very welcoming at all. It’s unfortunate because I believe this place could be amazing.

Stunning Tuscan property. Sat amongst vineyards. Beautiful restored stone buildings. Very clean and comfortable rooms. Fantastic breakfast. Amazing views. Great pool.
