Good quality modern hotel, facilities and room/bathroom. Basic bar/restaurant for supper and breakfast. Away from the town centre, with off-street parking behind the hotel.
Very good service from reception staff who noticed our left-behind passports, contacted us and kept them safe. We're very grateful for that.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and reception area was bright and welcoming.
We stayed on a Saturday night and the hotel restaurant was closed. There are no restaurants nearby so we had to walk for 25 minutes into the centre to eat.

The location of the hotel is walkable to the old city of Tours it is level and takes 45 minutes. The hotel parking is free but limited, we were able to park ok on the two days off season we were there.
The staff were friendly and the breakfast and evening meals tasty and plentiful.
For a chain hotel it was good.
The bed had a foam mattress topper which was a little warm. The hot water disappeared around 7.30am so a lukewarm shower was had on both mornings. Limited parking could be an issue when the hotel is busy.
