Breakfast was good. Parking was great. Staff was friendly. Hotel was well located. Beds were very comfortable.
Hotel room did not have hot water for two days. Floor tiles were shifting in the bedroom. Tried to get changes of sheets in the middle of the night because my daughter threw up on the bed, and all the front desk rep could find was one bottom sheet and nothing else.

It was nice
We asked front desk if they had washing service. They said yes and quoted us a price of 300 pesos. They said the clothes would be ready the next day. We waited 3 days and when the clothes arrived, we were charged 1,000 pesos. We were forced to pay this in order to get our clothes back. They also crashed into our rental while parked and staff was reluctant to provide the footage. We waited over 5 hours at the front desk to get it.
