Best customer service I’ve ever experienced. The staff went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable. Exceptional service from duty manager Shristi and also Sengi. At the South Indian restaurant we were given the most fantastic service from Shafi, Bala and especially Jay.

I've stayed at this paticular hotel so many times before. The rooms used to be so cosy & comfortable. The new refurbishment has lost all that cosiness.
The bath tub has been removed. No moisturiser kept in the toilets.
The breakfast too is not what it used to be. Even the honey comb that was there is no more.
They used to set up a foot/bath-soak in our rooms in the eve. That too was not available until the last night we were there my mum requested the housekeeping staff.
