Super clean room and updated facilities. Our kids loved the free indoor playground (such a necessity for us) and the breakfast was amazing! Definitely would stay again

I have already scored some properties with 10 but after experiencing this hotel, I have the feeling I was too generous in the past. Everything here was absolutely perfect from the location to the staff (especially the super friendly room cleaning staff, the breakfast team, the front desk) to the room. This hotel is for us the new benchmark that we compare other hotels to. The tip of the iceberg was the absolutely fabulous breakfast. Thank you for making our trip to Shanghai unforgettable.
