The location was excellent, upscale and close to everything but still quiet and cozy. The facilities offer everything you could need for a short or long stay.
We were aware of the construction but it was a bit nosy in the lobby area. The lobby also felt a bit dated and underwhelming and the breakfast area could be nicer and have more selection.

Staff were nice, the bathrooms were spacious, and the rooms were comfortable. We didn’t end up using the kitchen much, but it was useful to have.

Robot delivery from front desk to your room! made all the meituan and Taobao loots much much easier. The apartment was very clean and well maintained. Well renovated . Good water pressure and bathtub for kiddos. Good view. Good stay for families . Suitable for elderly and kids. Ramps are available at hotel front lobby
There isn’t like proper pedestrian roads from front lobby to the malls. We’re at the back of taikoo hui mall so you have to jaywalk to go taikoo hui. And it’s a pretty long walk to grandview mall although it’s a nice stroll . If have many young kids , not so easy unless they all can walk properly by themselves or be strapped to stroller. It’s also quite crowded and not super stroller friendly. So for young toddlers, not as easy walk to get to grandview but it’s doable and is an experience.

I was defrauded of a garanteed sum of 1500rmb, paid at the reception and non of those at the reception owned up to it. It was supposed to be refunded when I was checking out of the hotel.
