No frills hotel room near I.P. Pavlova Metro and trams. Great breakfast included.
Lots of construction across the street and a questionable late night strip club in the same block added quite a bit of noise.

I stayed for about 4 nights and I liked the hotel. Clean, nice rooms, no noise. I don't remember any wear and tear in my room at all. Decent breakfast till 10am and for this price finding a hotel with breakfast is incredible. Overall I was satisfied with my stay, the location was very good for my purposes of visit. And the price was great, espesially for such clean rooms.
The elevator exit for my room was in between the floors for some reason, I had very heavy bags and traveled alone and it was a little inconvenient. Another thing - there was no place to hang the handheld shower head.. which is a bit weird as you get cold when you put down the shower head. Plus no shower curtain or sliding door so the combination of two was a little tricky to adapt to and not to splash the water everywear

Property was a little old.

Breakfast was really good.
A large number of vehicles passing by the hotel resulted in significant disturbance.
