Our host , Fokko, was delightful and the location was great.
The main light fitting could do with replacing and a few bits and pieces in the room need some attention / upgrading but on the whole it was lovely.

Charming. We had a large room with a view of the canal. The balcony to sit outside was lovely
The stairs! We had heavy suitcases coming from Australia!

Really lovely cosy hotel - check in was very straight forward and I appreciated the communication beforehand from Fokko asking me about my arrival time.
Nothing - exceeded expectations.
