The front looked great until you get into the rooms beds very comfy
The bathrooms need to be updated, getting into the bath to have a shower is not practical especially elderly I feel if they do renovations on the rooms it would look fresh

Cleanliness Comfortable Location and receptionist was most helpful
Just a little tired looking in apartments

Beds were very comfortable, room was lovely and warm. Showers were great
Bottom floor room. School group was staying who were roaming around, talking loudly and doors were slamming when trying to sleep.
A lot of noise, wouldn't recommend a floor room.
No toaster, plates or cutlery. So forced to either dine in the hotel restaurant or eat out.

Being on the 4th floor
The dinner was terrible, I ordered lamb and it came all chopped up with an awful gravy in a bowl. It was not worth the money at all.
