We had a really nice stay at Hotel President. The hotel was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the staff were very friendly. Free parking was also a big plus. The location is good too, about a 15-minute walk from the city centre, or just a few minutes by public transport.
Breakfast was included, and for the price we paid, I really don't think we could have found a better deal. Overall, we were very happy with our stay and would definitely come back.
There's really not much to complain about. The rooms and bathrooms are a bit dated, and breakfast could have a few more options. But considering the price, these are minor things. I'd much rather have the hotel stay affordable than pay more for a few upgrades.

Great location.

Helpful staff. Quiet neighborhood. A/C. Tram close. Shopping center a couple blocks away.
This hotel has what you need - a good bed, cleanliness, and helpful staff. If you want grills, you won’t be happy in a hotel that has passed its prime.

Excellent location, friendly staff, good parking.
The room and air-conditioner smelt like mould, the shower had no pressure and was leaking, my air-conditioner was stuck on full blast and I could not adjust the fan speed, the bedding was not even the right size for the bed. Also, the air-conditioning in the other room I booked for my brother did not work at all so he got absolutely no sleep due to the warm humid weather. Then they proceeded to start doing vacuuming outside my room door much earlier than I would expect. That’s what woke me up in the morning.
