Spotlessly clean, good freshly cooked breakfast, nothing too much trouble for the staff. All staff friendly and helpful, fantastic location, everything you need, shops, bars restaurants all close by.
No lift for disabled customers, therefore could not use my mobility scooter and did struggle a bit on the stairs. The menu in the restaurant a little bit basic, however the food we had was very nice.

The room was huge and comfortable, the food was good
The staff seemed very inexperienced, they kept getting our orders wrong in the bar and the restaurant, the service was quick enough but they didn't pay attention to what we ordered and got it wrong.

Hotel were great adding another bed to the room. Breakfast was very good , all freshly cooked. Food in bar/restaurant good value and good quality.
Only one physical key for the room , some of the fixtures dated.

Staff were friendly, quite location even though your opposite a hospital, great for going to a concert in the theatre at the back
The bed was hard and the pillows, bathroom could do with an update and there was a smell of paint or solvent in it.
