There was no food service other than tea and cookies in the room.

I would have a light on in the lounge area I walked through to get to my room. The motion sensor lights were a little creepy.

Room was good. Bed comfortable.

Staff member (may have been owner??). When asked to help turn on radiator in room 1, responded quickly. Unfortunately said that was the only heating and could check out if wanted too. Repeatedly stressed how cheap her rates were and asked again and again if we wanted to leave. This was bizarre as all that was asked for was heating to be turned on. Suggest a course in hospitality would be beneficial for this person.

Very happy with the room, as I had stayed there before. The Location is excellent and I would recommend anyone staying in the area.

Clean room and in a quiet neighbourhood

From first arrival you ring the bell someone comes gives you the keys and that’s it. No explanations about the place, the WiFi code, or anything, just goes behind a locked door . Just felt unwelcoming and easily deserted
