Location, the room was good.
There is no lift, did not concern me but could be a problem for others.

Okay, so the Reception guy was helpful and kind.
Unfortunately there were elements of the room that were not up to standard.
Advertising a TV in the room and the TV not working was was not good enough.
The mattress was a bit like trying to sleep on a bag of logs. And when the loo was flushed in our room and surrounding upstairs rooms, the plumbing seemed to bang on the outside wall?
You could see the room had potential to be nice. It was small but suitable for a over night stop over.
I think it needs new mattresses, someone to check the plumbing and staff to properly check the facilities before guests are given the room.
The location is brilliant however and with some care and effort, the room could be too.
