Onsite heated pool with jacuzzi, both male staff we encountered were very helpful and accommodating. Restaurant offers free kids meal for hotel guests, restaurant waiter named Madhu was exceptional and very attentive, he remembered our group's allergies from the night before and went the extra mile for us.
Parking area has metal coverings on the road which looked unsafe at the entrance. No sheltered walkway from car park to hotel entrance. Requests for extra towel and pillows were not attended to, had to find housekeeping myself on the second day for the towel and returned to reception to chase up the pillows, however the male staff who helped me was very resourceful and prompt, much appreciated.

Hotel seemed "tired" and a little "run down", room and corridors had seen better days. Public area of the bar was better though it looked to have been relatively recently refurbished.
Sink and shower did not drain properly and we almost flooded the bathroom...
Black mould in shower screen moulding just needed some bleach on it.
