By evening, meander through the exotic rain-forest garden, sit poolside gazing at the serene Buddha and waterfall, sip your favorite cocktail in the Tiki hut bar outfitted with Indonesian artifacts, dine al fresco, or relax by the outdoor fireplace soothed by the warmth of a glowing fire.
Our one bedroom, one bath cottage apartment is on the ground floor of a recently constructed Caribbean-style private home. Beautifully furnished with original art, stainless steel appliances, granite, marble, glass shower enclosure, full laundry room with sink. Dedicated parking. "One Love" is everything it's pictured to be but even better in person. The pool, landscaping and gorgeous 'chickee' bar are at your disposal and provide excellent privacy and ample chill space. The "cottage" itself is located on the ground floor behind the garages and next to the pool and is accessed via a separate entrance from the owners home on the 2nd and 3rd floors. It's layout consists of a kitchen/sitting area, bedroom/bathroom and a laundry closet. It is extremely quiet and comfortable and is amply stocked with any amenity that one might need. Janice was a most gracious and amiable host and communications before and during our stay could not have been better. If one were to feel the need to 'pick nits' (& one should in these reviews I guess) our only ones would be the rather uncomfortable upholstered chairs in the sitting area, the mediocre shower-head/pressure and, last but most amusing in retrospect, the extraordinary height of the bed. We're a couple of old geezes and I literally had to boost my wife up into bed every night until, on the next to last night of our stay, we discovered a small folding step stool stashed in the closet for that purpose! As we have friends and family in the area, we have rented numerous properties in the N Palm Beach/Jupiter area over the years and "One Love" is our new go-to address.
