Cleanliness, quietness
I booked for 2 persons but my wife couldnt come due to a flu. I asked for the breakfast fee that l paid, to be refunded. They said the booking was non-refundable. I only asked for the breakfast fee to be refunded for 1 person.....still no.....disappointing😒

Good for few days stay.
Entire hotel needs renovation to keep up to date. In my opinion it should be 3 stars , not 4.

The only positive aspects of our stay were the warm rooms and the good quality of the breakfast.
The hotel itself feels both morally and physically outdated. Renovation works were taking place in the lobby at the time of our arrival, which immediately created a poor first impression.
One of our rooms did not have a minibar, and the floor was clearly not clean. The bathroom interior was very old-fashioned and looked like it had not been updated since the early 2000s. The swimming pool was extremely cold and practically unusable.
Upon arrival, I paid for my reservation in full and asked where to park my car. I also provided my vehicle registration number during check-in. At no point was I informed that parking would cost an additional EUR 10 per day. This information is also missing from the Booking.com hotel description, which I find misleading.
