About this house rental
Perched atop a west-facing slope, Our newly-renovated, end unit townhouse offers spectacular views of Loon Mountain. Relax on the deck as you toast the sunset over Mt. Moosilauke or watch as skiers carve turns down Loon Mountain. This townhouse is perfect for families and couples alike. With easy access to the area's endless natural and man-made attractions, you'll never want to leave. The recreation facility is state-of-the-art with everything from swimming pools and indoor and outdoor hot tubs, workout room, tennis courts and game room. During ski season on weekends the shuttle buses pick us up right outside our door and drop us off at Loon Mountains front door. Summer or Winter, Spring or Fall, the region offers something for everyone.
For renters information, we do have one camera it focuses on the entrance to the townhouse and the parking area in front of our unit. It is the only camera that we have. We do not have any interior cameras.

Great place to stay with kids that can navigate stairs. We had a one year old, and on the main level, there are stairs that go up and down. The loft was a little awkward to navigate, there is a ladder that has to be climbed and no railing to prevent falls. Everything was great, except for the fact we had a curious toddler. I would return in the future, without small children.

Very happy we chose this condo ! Super nice & easy communication with owners and excellent location with superb views ! Condo was so clean and comfortable and my granddaughters loved their own room with a view and games. We also appreciated the privacy and quietness of the neighborhood.Forgot to mention the deck with table overlooking beautiful loon MOUNTAIN!Hope to rent again. Can’t say enough !
