A great place to stay, with friendly and helpful staff. Beachfront access, pools and activities for adults and children alike. Relaxing place to stay for a holiday. Night activities and excellent dining in the restaurants. Our concierge/butler Robinson was amazing! Our room was beautifully cleaned anf refreshed by Luisa. Make bookings for restaurants as soon as you book as they bookout quickly. Take the carts/train to other parts of the hotel. Would highly recommend!

From we entered the facility we were greeted with a warm smile. The staff were friendly the atmosphere was so beautiful. The room was lovely. Our Booking Butler Mr. Robinson Reyes made sure we were ok and handled all the reservations so we could enjoy our vacation without worrying about the hassle. I didn’t want to leave. I loved every moment of it.
Some of the food wasn’t what I expected. So I don’t think I enjoyed it as much as I should but I would still give it 7/10.

Grand Palladium Bávaro Select was an exceptional stay from start to finish, and for me, it was a genuine 10/10 experience. The resort is beautiful, the grounds are exceptionally well maintained, the location is fantastic, and there is an incredible amount to see, do and experience. What really made the stay memorable, though, was the level of service and the people. The staff went out of their way to make me feel welcomed, looked after and genuinely valued throughout my trip. I would absolutely return.
The biggest highlight for me was the staff. Robertson, my butler, was exceptional. He was super funny, professional, attentive and incredibly proactive. He anticipated my needs throughout the trip and was always there whenever I needed him. He never hesitated to make sure I was comfortable and had everything I needed. Honestly, my stay would have been nothing without him. Thank you Robertson!
David, Robertson’s manager, also deserves a mention. He was like a very happy genie who would appear in the most random places! And no matter where I saw him He was consistently funny, charming and full of good vibes. Every interaction with him was a pleasure.
Wagner, my breakfast host, was another standout. He knew exactly where I liked to sit and remembered my usual orders. Although he spoke limited English, he was always attentive and professional. I actually had the option of premium breakfast but chose the regular breakfast each day because I genuinely enjoyed being looked after by Wagner.
Angel at The Nest, the premium breakfast restaurant, was also fantastic.
Luis, one of the cart drivers, was so bubbly. He sang, joked around and brought such positive energy every morning. He made getting around the resort easy and he really brightened up my mornings.
Jose at the Beach Pool was another favourite. He was funny, witty and always made my visits to the pool bar more enjoyable. He was someone I looked forward to seeing each day.
My only slight criticism would be housekeeping. The room itself was clean, but I felt there was sometimes a lack of initiative and attention to detail. For example, on one occasion some items had been moved around but the bed hadn’t been made.
The towels, bed linen and robes also looked quite tired. They were clean, but several had old stains and marks. Replacing some of the older materials would make a huge difference.

Rooms outdated terribly hot hot hot the restaurants aren’t fully closed in their like roofs with no siding so it’s humid and hot inside the room ac didn’t get really cold at all had to keep fan on lot of walking Nd riding as everything is spaced out will not be returning
