Iconic building in a brilliant location, close by the shopping street and the train station. Excellent discounted car parking next door. Reception staff very helpful with taxi/UBER booking.
Restaurant was disappointing (overcooked fish). My main complaint was that access to our room and that of another guest was blocked 15 minutes BEFORE checkout time. Staff attitude was poor - apology but no ownership of the problem which apparently happens often.

Comfy beds, very clean. Fantastic location, so close to the station. Great breakfast choice.
Would definitely stay again and highly recommend to others.
was all good.

Lovely quirky hotel (always being photographed by all and sundry!) with excellent rooms. A few minutes out of Amsterdam on the train but only 100m or so from the train station and the bus stops for Zaanse Schans and Volendam. Excellent buffet breakfast

Location
Gigantic corridor in the room, room to small. Breakfast in the lobby is a no go, also the food below average.
