Overall, we had a pleasant stay. The house was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. We did run into a couple of issues during our stay, including ghost ants and carpets that were pulling up where they met the tile in several areas.The property management team was very responsive and addressed the ant problem quickly, which we really appreciated. However, the carpet is still in need of repair, as the loose edges could be a tripping hazard in multiple spots.Despite those issues, we enjoyed our stay and appreciated the prompt communication and service from the management team. With some carpet repairs, this would be an even better place to stay.

We really enjoyed our stay! Plenty of room and grandkids loved the game room. Location was great for Disney, restaurants, grocery and other Orlando activities. The resort pool and club house were also very nice. Great place to stay!

The house served its purpose for 2, 23 yr old golfers and 1 parent. King/queen beds were comfortable and had new crisp linens. Twin beds were suitable for children. The house itself had a mini game room including pool table that my guys enjoyed. The resort amenities and proximity to Disney is 5 and made up for the short comings of the house itself.

Overall, the stay was good and the house was very spacious, comfortably fitting our large family. The splash pad was a hit with the younger kids and we all got a lot of use out of the pool at the house. There was some miscommunication about what was included. My advice is to bring anything you plan to use. I specifically sent a message asking about coffee; “We wanted to confirm what type of coffee maker was in the house (drip/K-cup?) and if there was coffee provided or if we should plan to bring some?”. This is the response I received: “The property is equipped with a standard drip coffee maker. We provide coffee as part of your starter pack; however, please note that it is not replenished once consumed, so we recommend bringing additional coffee for your stay.” When we arrived, there was no coffee (which isn’t a big deal since we did bring our own), but there also weren’t any coffee filters. So there was a maker but no way to use it lol When we asked, someone else responded that none of that is included and the other person was incorrect. I guess my suggestion would be to make sure everyone is on the same page and aware. The house had things that they also told us weren’t there so that was nice. Beyond that, the biggest complaint is that there was an issue with ghost ants in two of the bathrooms downstairs and in the kitchen. We couldn’t put anything on the counters in the bathrooms or they would swarm them.
