Good property, which was originally an apartment converted into a hotel. Walkable (less than 1 KM) from Calangute beach. Property is in the market, so there are ample restaurants including pure vegetatian ones nearby (including right next to property). Cabs are readily available outside the hotel. They have a dedicated large open parking space walkable from the hotel (~50 meters).
Swimming pool was big (unlike few other hotels that I observed), clean and well maintained with one staff always available there to provide towels. Restaurant was right next to swimming pool. Food quality and options were good. Staff were good, but service in restaurant was bit slow, may be because kitchen was outside the main gate ~10 meters from restaurant. Cost was reasonable.
Rooms were very spacious. We had booked Family suites, but on reaching, were informed that Family suites are not pool facing. Given the poor view from other side, we decided to pay and upgrade to pool facing rooms one first floor. Actually first floor was not exactly first floor. There were store rooms on first floor, hence it can be called 1.5 floor. Second floor is the top-most one. We opted for first floor rooms as we had kids. Coming back to room, it had a hall and a bedroom. Hall had sofa-cum-bed and bedroom had king size bed. Both hall and besroom had ACs, fans and separate attached balconies. TV had Tata Sky with all channels. They provided 2 jugs of RO water in case if you run out of mineral water bottles. Hall also had a fridge and a separate dressing space with wardrobe and big mirror.
Overall, good property.
Pegions in balconies and hence their droppings/broken eggs. Pathways from building blocks towards gate, swimming pool and restaurant were very narrow, not that clean and had broken tiles here and there. Toiletries were provided only once when we checked in. I was expecting Shaving kit to be provided daily (we stayed for 4 nights).

The room was big. It had a living area with a couch, dressing area, a separate bedroom and clean bathroom. The staff were friendly and assisted promptly. Breakfast had good options including live counter for Eggs and Dosa. This place is about 5 minutes drive from Calangute beach.
There was a dampness smell in the room. It probably required fresh air and sunlight in the room. The staff promptly sprayed the room freshener and it helped a bit.

The greenery of the property, the dining space area. The rooms were quite spacious. The food was great!
The rooms could have been a more clean and hygienic. The washrooms sanitized before handing over.
