Great place to stay to visit Motuvan, local wineries, other towns such as Rovinj and Pula. Feel like staying on a farm,

Nice relaxed location, farm-like atmosphere. The apartment was huge and had everything you would need, including two balconies. Breakfast is substantial and very satisfying. Bruno is very welcoming and helpful.

Loves everything about it

Do NOT have any expections!

It was quiet, that about the only positive!

This booking was THE most disappointing of our entire month of traveling. The apartment needs serious investment. The bedding looked as original as the apartment, as did everything else within. The bathroom was so dimly lit that I could barely see myself in the mirror....we never even showered as the plastic curtain and dated shower looked as if it was best to avoid. The apartment was ultra damp and cold and never warmed the entire night of our stay. Given the remote location, I had arranged to have dinner at the onsite restaurant...we were never offered a menu....just given the option of chicken(which was nothing but skin, bones and a small amount of dark meat) and a large amount of pasta...we were then shamed and made to feel badly for not eating the entire portion. It was Not at all worth the $40 amount due that Toni randomly charged us! Breakfast was extremely simple and a very far cry from the usual buffet offerings we experienced in our month long journey or our many other lengthy trips to Europe. With many many other options for a true tourist farm and a rural setting, do not make the same mistake we did, stay elsewhere. As a side note, if you read my many other reviews on Booking.com you will see that this negative review is very much out of my norm. I am able to see the positives in most all offerings, this stay however escaped my ability to do so!

Great relaxed place to stay

Great relaxed place to stay, home made liquors, wine and food and friendly animals - donkey and lazy cats

10 / 10

We would definitely stay at Toni’s again—it is convenient to Motovun, and is a quiet respite!

We loved the personal attention we got from Bruno. He has a great sense of humor and is very accommodating. The setting is beautiful and peaceful, the food is plentiful and delicious, and the resident donkey and cats are friendly!

We can’t think of anything!
