Great place to stay and/or eat! Staff was super nice and very helpful. We stayed in a private room with a balcony. Could tell the room was older, but was super clean and decorated very nicely. Good AC and spacious bathroom. Water cooler available to fill water bottles. Located around 8min walk from the harbor up a hill, easy if you’re active and nice to be away from the busy street.
The cafe was beautiful! Amazing views from the top cafe and lower patio area. Food was delicious! Both our hotel breakfast options and anything on the cafe menu. Service was good, maybe a wait for cooked foods. I recommended coming here even if you’re not staying at the hotel.
Things to note but we’re not deal breakers. Occasional slight sewer smell in the bathroom, but seems normal for LBJ. Can hear noises from the cafe above, harbor area below, and the mosque nearby, but usually quieted down by late night

The view and the restaurant are really welcoming and nice. The room was okay and the internet was sufficient to have work calls over it.
All of the staff were friendly but some were not so comprehensive, because of language barrier. This is normal though.
