Illegal entry by owner, loud building, owner yells on the phone

1. Illegal entry by the owner The owner entered the apartment without knocking on the door, calling or sending a message. She claims that the door was ajar but I think the door was closed, just not locked. When she opened the door and saw that I was there, she left really quickly and didn't say anything to me. I felt so unsafe in that apartment that I had to leave a day earlier and ask for a refund. 2. Very loud! The walls, floors and ceiling are made from thin materials. I could hear people next door, upstairs, in the hallway, entryway and stairs speaking really loudly. It sounded like people were moving furniture. The owner was reluctant to ask the neighbors to be quiet, but she said she did. When I asked if I should call the police the next time it was noisy, she told me I was being unreasonable. 3. Rude owner, yells Yelling at your guests is always a bad business idea, especially when they say your building is already too noisy. On the phone, I had to ask the owner several times to speak slower since Portuguese is not my first language. Sometimes, she just got louder and louder and yelled. It got to be impossible to communicate & I had to call Booking’s Customer Service to intervene. 4. Owner doesn’t respond to Booking.com messages I messaged the owner the day before my arrival to find out when someone would be at the building to let me in. I got no response. Instead, I called and listened to the owner yell. If I didn’t speak Portuguese, I would not have been able to communicate & get the keys. The owner only responded to me on the messaging platform after I had complained to customer service. Other: * Only one medium sized window and the light is partially blocked by a wall. * No drying rack for clothes, only a clothes line in a shared patio that I didn't use because of the rain. * Unstable WiFi * Heat doesn’t cover the whole studio and the remote doesn’t work well, not clear which buttons to press on the remote or on the heater
