For a budget hotel, the room was clean and had all that was needed for a one night stay. Bathroom was fine too.
The hotel appears to be built as part of a Penny supermarket and a boarding house. There is parking outside but only gives 1hr. The receptionist said parking is free on the road, but there were no spaces and didn't like the idea of that. there is parking underground at a discounted cost of €11.00. I did that, the receptionist said there was a lift to the rooms, however, it is all very confusing and labels in German only. The door has a keypad but entering a room no., or code didn't open the door, so gave up and walked up the car ramp.
The hotel reception has a bank of touchscreen checkin machines. I refused to use them as there was a human receptionist on duty, however, surprisingly for working in a hotel he seemed to have trouble understanding words like room and reservation? However, I was given a small card with room no and a number to enter on a keypad. It is a modern hotel angled toward perhaps a younger clientele but too much digitisation makes the whole ambience cold and impersonal. I chose not to have breakfast so can't comment.

Staff were very helpful and friendly. The location of hotel to transport was great.
Rooms, very basic. No tea or coffee in rooms, no fridge.

We thought it was a little basic for the price. We had only lukewarm water in the shower both days and at night. The towels were “well used”. No breakfast at this price and 11 Euro each day for parking.
We have had much nicer for the price.
It was clean and the bedding was great.
It was a 15 minute walk to the train station into Munich. No problem there
