Chat response was excellent, enabling us to sort out a mix up on rooms easily upon arrival (although dependent upon someone having internet comms).
larger cups (for tea), as only small ones available. Also to let future guests know that the only room access is via steep stairs (as may not be suitable for some).

Location : Brilliant
Ceiling mood lights: Exceptional
Small balcony with furniture: Delightful
The narrow spiral stairs. Lack of an elevator. I do understand it's impossible to install one there.

The location of this residency was one of our highlights of the trip. You could reach almost to every visiting corner of the city by walking. Specially sea side walk roads. We love it to be able to walk around the harbour in the nights after dinner. We also loved the cleanliness of Diamond suit. It could be better if we have had a mirror and a make up stand in the room. The only mirror is in the bathroom.
Everybody should be aware that because of the very central location it is extremely loud. Thanks God that I had some ears pax. The Chania is a very live city in the nights. There some clubs near the Dimond suits so understandable that the sleeping time there starts first 3 o'clock in the morning. So be aware if you are sensible to the loudness.
We also didn't like the mattress of the bed I think because of its old it was very used and when you are on it, it gets very deeply down.

Location and 24/7 hot water.
The list is long. Too many maintenance issues.
