Room 405 is good.
Room 302 has some sewerage smell in bathroom and toilet.

This is a great hotel if you’re looking for a funky vibe. It had an interesting layout and lots of space. Didn’t stay there long, but would like to explore the area again one day.

Lovely area, good JR trainline access. The beds were comfortable. Cool music cafe area.
The mixed dormitory felt quite stuffy, tight and there was no air purifier or window that opened. The curtains also only went down the one side of the bed and the end was open, if the other person wanted to open their curtain, they would see you.
I moved to an all femal dorm a few days later and it was a much nicer experience. There was an air purifier and it felt more spacious. The building feels a bit run down, it's clean but spots that aren't cleaned daily feel grimy: furniture, windows in the bathroom.
