The location was excellent, and the staff were friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. We especially enjoyed the wonderful breakfast, and the breakfast staff deserve special mention for their hard work and attentive service.
The room felt a little stuffy and had a lingering musty smell, almost as though it had previously been smoked in and the odor had been masked. Better ventilation and fresher air would have made the stay more comfortable.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The room was spacious and comfortable, the breakfast was excellent, and the hotel was located in a peaceful area despite being close to all the major attractions. The location was fantastic, with plenty of great restaurants within walking distance.

Very well maintained and clean. The location is excellent with major sights and vaporetto within easy walking distance. 3-4 good restaurants within 20 metres. Next to Teatro le Fenice. Staff was excellent. Very good breakfast.

Location.
We specifically requested a quiet room, but we were placed on the first floor next to the breakfast area. From 7:00 a.m. onwards there was continuous noise from the breakfast service, in addition to the noise from the street, which made it difficult to rest.
