Upon arrival, we received a warm and friendly welcome that made us feel right at home

Cleanliness, service. Enjoyed staying however there are points to prove.
Lack of things, 1. Aircon was not that effective as sweat during mid sleep despite aircon set to 22deg.2. Swimming pool location is not displayed.3.There was no milk in fridge for coffee 4. Restaurant should display fruit shelf with proper directions. 5. Not all tables in restaurant are serviced with salt and pepper at table.

The amenities were superb
A little far from tourist attractions, however the train station is nearby to take you there

Extremely good staff ans services.
The room (especially bedroom) is giving out a painting/decoration smell.
