The property was very conveniently located within easy reach of the railway station, making it easy to travel to and from the hotel. Communication with the hotel staff was excellent, as they were quick to respond, helpful and friendly throughout our stay. We had a lovely time at the hotel and appreciated the convenient location and the overall experience. Everything went well, and we were very happy with our stay.
There was nothing in particular that we disliked about the property. Overall, we had a pleasant experience and enjoyed our stay.

A wonderful stay with genuine hospitality
I had an excellent stay at Nambiar’s Heritage Hotel. The classic heritage ambiance gives the property a unique charm, and the atmosphere is peaceful, comfortable, and welcoming. The staff were exceptionally cordial, helpful, and attentive throughout my stay.
What really stood out to me was their personal care and willingness to help. I accidentally forgot my medicine, and the staff went out of their way to arrange and get it for me the next day. That kind of thoughtful hospitality is something I truly appreciated and will remember.
One small suggestion would be to have a few basic food options available at the premise, which would make the stay even more convenient. That said, there is a nearby breakfast corner serving simple, homely food, which is an excellent choice and adds to the local experience.
