The SPA was amazing and the main reason I chose this accommodation over others. Such a brilliant idea! After intense hiking each day, it was incredible to be able to relax and sooth the muscles in jacuzzi & sauna. I also loved the increased view on the Tatra Mountains range from my room.
Overall, I really liked Pensjonat Dawidek due to the good location convenient for hiking in Tatra National Park, amazing food in the Zajazd Furmański NEXT door and having SPA. The only downside was how shabby some of the furniture in my room were. Definitely in need of some refurbishment.

Nothing really. SPA center wad almost nice though.
It's almost impossible to find any member of the staff. At any time of the day. And mostly they act very unfriendly towards you from the get go.
We've stayed for 4 nights. We didn't really need to get our room cleaned, but we did ask to change the towels. Which never happened. During our stay our room wasn't cleaned even once, even just to throw out the trash (we had to do it ourselves)!
Apparently any type of room cleaning is fone only if you ask for it. Which you can do only from 10am till 16pm? That is crazy hours considering you're traveling to the mountains so you'll always be out at this time. Plus, again, even at this "working hours" the staff is almost impossible to find.
Room looked way worse the on the photos.
The location is kinda nice since you have shops and restaurants near you. But it also means it gets Super noisy at night.
Breakfast was awful. I'm glad we didn't pay for it upfront for the whole stay because not only it was bad in quality and variety, you can eat way better for the same money right outside the hotel.
SPA center could be a nice touch. IF you could change your towels after visiting it. Because otherwise you just stack big wet towels in your room with no option to dry them or change them and it's getting really uncomfortable really fast. Plus one time when we visited SPA the jacuzzi was dirty, with all the foam in it having brownish color and leaving marks all over the walls.

"Location was good. The staff were exceptional. Cleanliness of the facilities and having the Spa after a long day of hiking was great. Breakfast was spot on. Enough to fuel you to get the day going..."
