Situated on a picturesque hillside overlooking a marina. Gorgeous!
A bit cramped, though for the money, charming. In the same building as another B&B, but facilities are unshared—‘they’ have a pool and outdoor lounging area, which created envy. The layout seemed to show a haphazard cobbling together of plumbing to accommodate en-suites in each room ( and we suffered through nauseating plumbing issues that eventually resulted in a different room).
When we arrived, we considered separating the bed because my (same sex) partner and I have very different sleeping habits. There was a bluster of hand signals and raising of voices to suppress any discussion by our greeter which created a chill.
We are glad we visited but would not recommend.

Ca Leon is located up the hill which guarantees beautiful views. The room and bathroom were spotless. Car is needed if you want to go to the centre of La Spezia

Wonderful place to stay! It was beautiful, clean, friendly and with stunning views of the mountains and the sea. Relaxing environment and we all felt like home immediately.
The only downside is the long walk from the city center. Still worth it for us, but can get tiresome after a few days.

We absolutely loved this accommodation. It is beautifully decorated and fully equipped with everything you might need, making the stay very comfortable. The atmosphere is charming and authentic – it truly feels like you are experiencing the real Italy. The host was incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. We would definitely love to come back and stay here again. Highly recommended!
