The location was great! Only a short walk away from Golders Green Underground station, where I could catch the tube get to Central London within 20 minutes time.
The room was clean and rather comfortable, and it was cleaned every single day. The staff were really friendly and helpful, which I appreciated a lot.
Unfortunately I was too early for the check-in, which is at 3PM (I arrived two hours early). The company had already notified me through Booking that they weren't sure if they could check me in that early, after I sent an early check-in request. It was a little inconvenient, but at least I was able to leave my luggage at the hotel and get on with my day in London!

Great location with restaurants, Close to subway, excelent people on reception. They fill up coffe in case of missing and the room was clean all the time.

Convenient location on the main road, easy access to public transport and shops. Reception mostly willing to look into issues. Elevator useful if you have luggage. Shower water pressure was consistent and hot water supply was strong. Air con ultimately worked, just keep the window closed for added noise insulation against traffic.
Longstanding maintenance issues hadn't been addressed (room 103 window missing handle, frame hanging off window, air conditioning filter needed cleaning, dusty surfaces, paint chips off walls, towel rail covered in rust).
White paint marks on the pillow covers.
If your next door neighbour doesn't switch on the extractor fan, cooking odours spread through the shared vent to your room.
