Wonderful staff and fantastic location, within walking distance from Zurich's Old Town, as well as the train station. While the room was not huge, it was well appointed, and absolutely sufficient. The bed was very comfortable and we appreciated the separate comforters. Loved the shower, the gentle spray was super soothing!
Nothing that I can think of. Because it's considered a "budget" hotel, we were informed in advance about the lack of a mini fridge, coffee machine (in our room) etc., which was totally fine.

The bathroom smelt of urine the first day, but subsequent cleans solved that problem.
Coffee facilities and two glasses would have been appreciated.
