Center Parcs Villages Nature Paris

I wouldn't have gone there just for the waterpark, but as a great and convenient location from Disneyland, it was a bonus to be able to enjoy the waterpark with kids on days we didn't head out to disneyland. The room was big and comfortable. One must be ready to walk a lot given the size of the park, and distance between different POIs, but if you approach it prepared (for rain, cold, wind), it's great.

I didn't realize that there wasn't any soap or shampoo, and the shop already closed by then, so it would've been nice to have at least a single use quantity for day 1 before people get used to it. The road signs are bad for first time guests, as most GPS take you to the pedestrian entrance (daily car park area), and from there, the signage to get to the car entrance (for hotel guests) require a lot of guessing and asking. It could've been a little more intuitive or explicative. It took me 20 minutes to figure out where to go, after going to employee entrance to ask. As for the waterpark, it was fine. Water could've been a warmer. The two hot tubs were too small and too little for the crowd, it looked like a dumpling soup bowl. The slides were fine too but the two most interesting ones (rocket and lifter) require 150cm/12yo and 60kg/16yo, respectively, so little ones can be a bit disappointed. Another thing, nowhere to sit and chill in the pool like bubble area with seats etc like in many other places I've been to, which is a pity because the pools are huge and it would've been really a welcome addition, unless this is intentional to make sure people get tired and get out of the water after a while. Once out of the water, the indoors air is quite cold, so not really a good continuation from less than ideal temperature of the water, unless you enjoy coldness.

we had a lovely visit as a family of 4. The amenities and activities were excellent, there are so many things to do. it was raining during our stay but there were plenty of fun indoor activities for every age. Our boys enjoyed the arcade, climbing walls, the farm animals and specially the aquapark. we also enjoyed the restaurants, bakery and the convenience of a supermarket. We will be returning with all of our family and friends very soon!

I booked the hotel via booking.com for 2 adults and 2 children, it forced me to take 2 rooms of 2 people each. I requested the tooms to be closed together but they were in different buildings. when we got to the room, each of the rooms had a double bed and a sofa bed. 1 room would have been enough for the 4 of us.

It was a wonderful place to stay with kids. So many amenities we could have spent more time.

Was a little difficult to get orientated at first and know everything offered

We really enjoyed the on-site grocery store, bakery, Aqua Mundo, indoor playground, and petting zoo. The amenities were great, especially for families with young children. Maintenance was also very responsive and addressed reported issues promptly.

The room had several cleanliness and maintenance issues. We found multiple spiders, and the bathroom sink had hair and spit in it upon arrival. The beds lacked fitted sheets and mattress protectors, which felt unsanitary, especially since we were told the beds would be made up. Additional pillows and towels would have been appreciated. All sinks and the shower drained slowly, the bathroom sliding door was off its track and difficult to operate, the toilet’s large flush button was broken and leaked water, and a wall light fixture was hanging loose. Overall, the room did not meet our expectations for cleanliness, comfort, or maintenance.
