Second time staying at this property and it was phenomenal. 6 minute walk to central station, There is a pub across the road, multiple fast food options and convenience stores in walking distance plus a woolworths. Staff are so friendly and helpful with any questions. Great value for money rooms are nice and spacious for all belongings you may have with daily house keeping which is great.
Double room bathroom basin sink was a bit too small you couldn’t store stuff on the bench so be mindful if you have a few things you’d like to put out, apart from that no complaints.

28 Hotel is relatively small hotel with very helpful and friendly staff a short walk from central station. Our queen size room was comfortable and the added touch of complimentary coffee, tea and pastries in the lobby each morning was much appreciated. Our bathroom was small but modern and practical. The overhead large shower head was particularly nice. Plenty of hot water which you don’t have to wait long for.

Proximity to Central Station, light rail and food options. Coffee and snacks were lovely.
Not enough variation in room temperature. Restricted between 20 and 25c and could not be turned off. Black out curtains should be able to be separated from netting so you can still have light but with privacy.

Central location
Had to move rooms because you can't control the air con being on or off. It is always on, you can adjust the temperature, but mine was either hot or really cold and directly over the bed. They very quickly helped me to move rooms which was really appreciated, just not ideal
