Die Lage, die fantastische Aussicht, die Terrasse, der Pool und die Inneneinrichtung waren sehr schön. Die Vegetation, die Flora, die gesamte Anlage ist sehr schön.
-Der Kühlschrank war ein großes Manko, da er nur sehr schlecht und extrem langsam kühlte, wenn überhaupt. Der müsste dringend ausgetauscht werden.
-Die Spülmaschine war auch sehr alt und die Unterteilungen für die Teller waren teilweise verrostet und abgebrochen.
-Es fehlte definitiv eine Küchenschere.
-Ein Salatbesteck aus Plastik war wohl in der Spülmaschine geschmolzen und nicht ausrangiert worden.
-Der Duschkopf im Bad war verkalkt und dadurch war der Wasserstrahl zu hart.
-Ein wenig schade war auch, dass die Farbe der Fassade, während unseres Aufenthaltes, komplett in Weiß umgestrichen wurde. Die vorherige, noch teilweise bestehende Terrakotta Farbe (wie auf den Fotos;) hatte was beruhigendes für’s Auge, sorgte für eine warme optische Atmosphäre und passte gut in die Landschaft. Alles in Weiss wirkt eher steril, ein wenig grell und gewöhnlich.

Is a complex of 7 villas, we stayed in 74C which had its own small pool, absolutely stunning view during the daytime, sunset is incredible and the nighttime view of the boats moored in the bay and the villas opposite is just breathtaking. Bring binoculars!
The pool is small but plenty big enough for a dip, it’s got steps one end and the other end is deep, there is a larger shared pool to the side of the villa. The sun comes onto the terrace about 10am and there is an umbrella and also a wind out canopy.
You do need a car as the road to the villa is up and downhill and during July too hot to be walking far.
The lift is very slow but serves a purpose for getting luggage or shopping up and down. We counted 136 steps to get up to Road level however we all managed it and it kept us fit during holiday!
The villa itself would benefit from better aircon in the main bedroom, however the aircon in the twin room was superb and drifted into the main living area with the door open.
There is an Eroski with parking behind in the town (Puerto Andraxt) and a big Mercadona on the outskirts of Andraxt.
The Port is beautiful, we did a jetski safari and sunset boat trip from there, went for a few meals (Oskars was lovely) and there’s an ice cream shop on the front further down the harbour that does amazing ice cream.
I would never get bored of the view it’s absolutely stunning.
It’s fully equipped with everything needed and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay again. In fact we absolutely loved it!!

It is good villa, but for few days as we were.
I liked to be here, but swimming pool more like big bath. For me it is good, but for my husband and children -no. Advantage that it is was warm in the evenings to see sunset. Pool area not cleaned properly. Have to do it by myself. And I have to mention , that it were reconstruction works upstairs nearby( not all day)

Die Lage ist absolut top
- Unterkunft ist in die Jahre gekommen und es wird nichts investiert
- defekte Lampen innen wie Außenbeleuchtung
- im Pool lösen sich die Kacheln ab
- Geschirrkorb, Halterungen abgerostet
- Kochtöpfe alt und verkalkt
- Kalt/Warmwassermischer in Küche lose
- im Bad ist der Handtuchaufhänger lose
- im Kleiderkasten / Doppelbett, fallen die Kleiderstangen runter
