Lovely spacious apartment with everything included (apart from food) to make this a wonderful home from home.
Great location for our cycling trip along the coast.
Apart from the heating issues it was a lovely stay thank you.
Main entrance door key did not function and had difficulty gaining entry.
People knocking on our window late at night obviously having the same problem gaining entry to the building due to a faulty lock on the main door.
No heating in the apartment on arrival. Storage heaters were off at the isolation switch so unable to get any heat from them until the next morning. This would have been disastrous if I hadn't noticed the main switches were turned off on arrival otherwise we would have been without heating for another day.
Similarly with the bedroom heaters which were also turned off at the isolation socket and no clear instructions how to turn them on as there was no indicator light to show if they were on or not. A brief instruction note clarifying the switch settings would have been helpful.

Clean and tidy, warm and convenient. Decent shower, and there was one of everything you might need. They provided small things like a few teabags, some shampoo and washing tabs. That’s all you need and is much appreciated.
There was nothing we didn’t like. If you want me to criticise, well the bathroom light switch is in an odd spot and the bathroom fan is a bit noisy. Boo hoo! I think I’ll survive!
Booking.com hacked me off in that the messages between me and the letter were deleted so I had to ring very late at night to gain access; embarrassing for me and irritating for the owner. To his eternal credit he helped me with good grace. Thanks!
