Service and cleanliness

Extremely clean and well run. Lots of facilities available. Host was kind and knowledgeable.
Would be better to have more soundproofing around the bedroom windows.

Nothing all good

The apartment was very clean & comfortable, with a really nice sea view, situated in an excellent location in Alexandria, with restaurants, shops, supermarkets nearby (also quite close, by car, to the major touristic spots in the city). Also, the photos do it justice, we found it exactly as shown online.
Mr. Mahmoud, the host, was very kind, welcoming, responsive and available to help in case of anything. He was also very flexible with the check-in and check-out hours (we had an early morning check-out time).
For me, personally, the only downside was that during the night it was a bit noisy due to the traffic outside. Perhaps a better insulation for the windows would be helpful for light sleepers like me.
