We stayed in this hotel due to its proximity to the airport. It is just a 7 minute walk with luggage. The connection to downtown Bergen with the tram is also excellent and inexpensive. The tram goes every few minutes from downstairs in the airport. The room is much more spacious than others we encountered in Norway, and the design is well thought out except the bathroom door bangs into the door to the room...Nice bathroom, too. It was very quiet, we didn't hear a single plane or other guests. Plentiful breakfast available from 6am. The breakfast room/lobby is huge and there isn't the chaos usually encountered in hotels in urban Norway (Bergen, Oslo).
There is a limited menu available in the lobby. It was not overpriced and the items were freshly prepared.

Bed was super comfortable, no noise could be heard from the corridor or other bedrooms, a slightly longer wait at reception that I would have liked, but the nature of the queue was due to a few people checking in due to a cancelled flight.
The menu choices were limited for a fussy eater like me.

The hotel sign shown brightly as we exited the airport doors from the tram station.
It was a very short walk on good pavement.
Easy check-in. Light late night hamburger and desert was just fine with friendly accommodating staff.
Comfortable clean quiet room
The return to the airport in the morning was again very quick and easy.

Proximity to the airport.
Not one of the sockets worked in the room. The maintenance manager should be ashamed. Both USB charging points were broken also.
Breakfast was really poor quality. Worst one by far on our 10 day holiday.
