There is a long corridor and the rooms are on both sides of the corridor. That means that there are noises from other guest like closing doors etc. The staff was kind and helpful but the communication can be only in spanish. The breakfast was good and there were some non-sweet options like cheese and ham and two kinds of cereal.
The window and the door face the corridor. That means that there is no outside view. There is a small window over the room's door which allows plenty of light to come into the room even during the night since the corridor lights are always on.
There is no real parking lot, just some parking places at the entrance of the hotel next to the road. I don't know how secure this can be eventhough they are supposed to be monitored by cameras.

The hosts are very enthusiastic and make a real effort. The rooms are small but have all the necessities. There is often not a lot of choice in small towns like Las Heras, and we were happy to find this place.
The walls are rather thin. Other people getting up at 6 am and talking loudly in the hallway are impossible to ignore.
